01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and cium918 (hereinafter "cium918", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at cium918.club and all associated products, services, and features therein.

By accessing the cium918 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

cium918 targets Malaysian players and operates in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ascertain whether accessing and using the cium918 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. cium918 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in all locations.

2.3 Registration

To access real-money services on cium918, you must register a Player Account. You agree to:

• Not register on behalf of any third party or use another person's identity;
• Hold only one (1) registered account on the cium918 platform at any time.

As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks, cium918 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents prior to processing withdrawals or at any time during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your cium918 account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential;
• Not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances;
• Notify cium918 Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.

cium918 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, provided that cium918 has acted in good faith in executing instructions submitted through your account login.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your cium918 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.

cium918 only accepts deposits from payment instruments held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be held pending investigation and potentially returned to the originating payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, wagering requirement fulfilment. cium918 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's banking FAQ. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

cium918 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its AML and KYC obligations.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on cium918 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cium918 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, if your payment provider applies conversion fees at their end, cium918 is not responsible for such charges.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cium918 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotional offer. General bonus conditions include:

• One bonus per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim period;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• cium918 reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotional offer at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice where practicable;
• Evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cium918 are subject to the specific rules governing each game or event type. These rules are published within each game lobby and betting market. The following general provisions apply across all cium918 gaming products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and the game round commences, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, cium918's decision, reached in consultation with the relevant game provider or official result source, shall be final;
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round, cium918 reserves the right to void bets affected by the fault and return stakes to players' accounts;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the game as conducted by the dealer on screen. No claim shall be accepted in respect of a player's misreading of the betting interface;
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the cium918 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account details;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting cium918 Support to resolve a legitimate dispute.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed. Winnings accumulated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited, and cium918 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent means.

08 Responsible Gaming

cium918 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire platform. We recognise that gambling, while an entertainment activity for the majority of players, can pose risks for a minority. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all cium918 Users:

• Age restriction: The cium918 platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This restriction is enforced at registration and through periodic account reviews.
• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 48-hour cooling-off period.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cium918 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the cium918 platform without prior written consent from cium918.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cium918 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cium918 platform;
• Loss of winnings or profits attributable to technical faults, server downtime, network failures, or other events outside cium918's reasonable control;
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the cium918 platform.

cium918's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cium918 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

cium918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Holding of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy;
• Any other conduct that cium918, in its sole discretion, deems prejudicial to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine account balances (derived from verified deposits and legitimate winnings) will be returned to the registered payment method after completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting cium918 Support. Voluntary closures will be processed within three (3) business days. Outstanding balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

12 Amendments to Terms

cium918 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, cium918 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or on-site notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the cium918 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws relevant to cium918's licensed operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cium918 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body designated by cium918's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent cium918 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
